Born and raised in Ticino, Switzerland, Isabella Bianchi has over 30 years of experience in international logistics, supply and sales management.

Building on a network of carefully selected suppliers, producers and commercial partners, Isabelle Bianchi established IBB Food & Non-Food in 2012. IBB strives to bring clients high quality products at attractive prices, identify new products and suppliers for its clients and to establish distribution partnerships in emerging markets, especially Africa.

Trained at the renowned school of languages and commerce Villa Erica in Locarno, Isabella went on to occupy managerial positions in logistics, supply and sales, as well as customer services (for countries including – UAE, Turkey, Czech Republic, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco Malaysia and China). Isabella worked in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, food and wine, clothing and accessorize brands, and rally racing. While with Teva Pharmaceuticals, Isabella oversaw the move of Teva Lugano to Istanbul, Turkey, and the training of local staff.

Isabella speaks Italian, French and English and is a passionate fan of rally racing who is actively involved in the organization of rally races in Ticino.
